Commuters are facing delays after a dog collided with a vehicle on the A249 near Detling.
Police confirmed it happened near the turnoff for Maidstone at around 6.25pm, causing tailbacks.
Two cars also collided near the scene shortly afterwards, although it was unclear if the two accidents were linked.
