A drone was used by police to locate a stolen Range Rover.
The car was taken during a reported burglary in Cliffe Woods on January 25.
Last Wednesday police were notified a tracker on a car had activated in Staplehurst.
It had been shown to be stationary but started to move off.
Patrols attended the area and after making sure it was likely to be in a gated compound near the village, a drone was deployed to confirm it was there.
Officers attended and recovered the car, which is now undergoing forensic examination to identify those responsible for the theft.
