A WOMAN has been found dead from a suspected drug overdose. Her body was discovered in a flat in Shipley Court in Wyatt Street, Maidstone.

There are believed to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.

Some residents of Shipley Court have expressed shock at the find, although it seemed no one knew the woman. Many said police had been round to ask if they had heard anything.

One 51-year-old resident said: "The police came round asking questions, but I didn't really have anything to say. I didn't know who lived there. People come and go there."
