A cyclist will wear a poppy wreath on his mission from one Leeds to another.
Paul Miller, will begin his challenge at St Nicholas’ Church in Leeds village and finish 243-miles away in his home of Leeds, West Yorkshire.
The father-of-two's challenge is in aid of The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
The 47-year-old will set off from the church, in Upper Street, tomorrow (Saturday) and hopes to reach his hometown the next morning, on Remembrance Sunday.
He will lay the wreath, presented to to him at the start by members of the Royal British Legion, at the Cenotaph in Leeds City Centre.
Bosses at Leeds Castle have also pledged their support to Mr Miller.
