Maidstone manager Peter Nott insisted his players watch the video footage of their miserable FA Cup exit at minnows Whitehawk.
The Stones crashed out 3-1 and saw two men sent off in East Sussex on Saturday in a game filmed by the FA as part of their Road to Wembley feature.
Nott (pictured) admitted the footage of Maidstone's capitulation, from being a goal up, was embarrassing.
He said: "I must have watched it back 100 times. I just can’t seem to stop myself. It was a nightmare. The players let themselves, the club and the supporters down.
"The game was an opportunity to raise the profile of the club and forget our problems in the league. We were in the spotlight but it was embarrassing."
Nott has demanded a response when the Stones travel to Kingstonian on Saturday looking to avoid a fourth defeat in five games on the road this season and sixth in eight overall.
Joe Vines begins a three-game ban, while Jermaine Darlington is likely to be out for a month with a hamstring problem.
Simon Glover, Tom Parkinson and Danny Hockton will have knocks assessed before the game but Mark Corneille, Nick Davis and Ashley Ulph remain sidelined.
