Rail services were delayed through Wateringbury, near Maidstone , this evening after a tree blocked the line.
Services were disrupted just after 7.30pm as Network Rail teams were summoned to clear the fallen tree.
It prevented services from Tonbridge to Strood from passing.
Teams were swiftly on-site to clear the tree and services were back to normal by 8.30pm.
Passengers whose journey was delayed by more than 15 minutes are urged to claim under Southeastern's Delay Repay scheme.
