Dozens of fans queued to see TV personality Rylan Clark-Neal as he visited Maidstone's Fremlin Walk.
The singer and presenter was signing copies of his first book, The Life of Rylan, at Waterstone's today.
One fan was close to tears as she chatted to the reality star, who has revealed he used to do promotions in the shopping arcade.

After rising to fame as a contestant on The X Factor four years ago, the 27-year-old has gone on to win Celebrity Big Brother and is now presenting Big Brother’s Bit On The Side on Channel 5.
He's even in Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie.
He told Kent Online: "I'm really excited because it's my first day of my book tour. I'm very grateful that people have all lined up and we're having a lovely day of it.
"I love Maidstone, I have worked here a few times in Fremlin Walk. I love Kent even though I live the other side of the water.
"Today was actually my idea. I was supposed to do two signings in Essex but I said 'no, we've got to do one in Maidstone'."
The Life of Rylan, is published by Century and costs £16.99.
