Firefighters were called to tackle a blaze on a disused railway line.
Crews in two fire engines were sent to Headcorn station, near Maidstone, just before 2pm to tackle the “small fire” on an abandoned freight line.
Once the power was isolated on the track, teams used fire buckets and portable water tanks called flexi-packs to put the flames out.
They spent just under an hour at the scene.
No one was injured and the cause is not yet known.
