Firefighters spent the night battling two burning barns that were filled with hay and machinery.
Four fire engines and a specialist water unit were sent to Musket Lane, in Hollingbourne, at 11pm.
The first of the two barn fires was under control by midnight but it was not until 1.20am that the second building started to die down.
In order to tackle the blaze at the second building fire fighters used an inflatable water pool, known as a water dam.
Crews remained at the scene to dampen down the area until 7am this morning.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
