Former Maidstone artist and TV presenter Tony Hart, who died in January, was paid an unusual tribute when a “flash mob” of Morphs - one of the plasticene characters that frequently featured on Hart’s TV shows - appeared on the pavement outside the Tate Modern Gallery in London.

The event was organised by Hart admirers through the social networking website Facebook.
