Four men have been arrested after police stopped a taxi near a busy motorway.
Officers stopped the Volkswagen on the A20, near the roundabout for Junction 8 of the M20.
The men were arrested on suspicion of burglary offences in the London area and are currently in custody.
The taxi driver, Dan Baker, said he was not involved in the incident.
Mr Baker, from Folkestone, said he picked two passengers up from Folkestone earlier today, and another two passengers were picked up from Pluckley railway station.
He said: "I saw two Range Rovers pull up behind me and I pulled over as soon as the lights started flashing.
"It was only my second job of the day."
Inquiries are ongoing.
