Fire crews remain at the scene of a domestic garage blaze.

People have been told to avoid the Forstal Lane area of Coxheath, Maidstone, while teams bring the flames under control.

Crews wearing breathing apparatus are fighting the blaze using a hose reel and a covering jet.

Four engines were sent to the scene shortly after 5.30pm but this has been reduced to three.
