A Frankie & Benny's restaurant will shut next month.
The Italian eatery, found at the Lockmeadow site in Barker Road, Maidstone, has announced its plans to close.
The restaurant is found opposite Feathers and on the way to the Odeon cinema, Hollywood Bowl and Gravity trampoline park.
Its last day of trading will be on Saturday, December 10.
It comes after a tumultuous time for the business, which shut many sites around the country during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Maidstone restaurant shut temporarily during the pandemic but reopened in August 2020, operating a click and collect delivery service.
It was one of a handful of Frankie & Benny's Kent restaurants to to survive after owners of the Italian-American themed diner announced in June 2020 that it would close 125 of its restaurants, putting up to 3,000 jobs on the line.
It was one of the oldest remaining eateries at the Lockmeadow complex after the £467,000 introduction of the new LoveFood hall.
A Frankie & Benny's spokesman said: "Unfortunately, we have had to take the difficult decision to close our Frankie & Benny’s in Maidstone which has come to the end of its lease term.
"All members of staff who wish to remain in the business have been offered the opportunity to relocate to neighbouring sites within our leisure and concessions estate."
