Music, free food and competitions are on the bill at Fremlin Walk for the coming weeks.
The shopping destination started its Autumn Festival yesterday with a competition hosted in conjunction with kmfm.
Kmfm staff were at the centre throughout the day playing music and finding people carrying Fremlin Walk bags for life.
Visitors pulled aside were then given the chance to win £5, £10 or £20 to spend in the centre.
Caroline Stark, a member of kmfm's Jeep crew, was helping hand out the prizes.
She said: "The day was a lot of fun. We had a great time stopping customers and talking to them.
"We're now looking forward to more events happening later this month."
The day also saw shoppers receive a touch of beauty treatment.
Organisers brought back Beauty in the Walk event, which proved popular over the summer.
House of Fraser brought some treatments out onto the Walk and free demonstrations and mini treatments from brands such as Decleor, Ritual, Hotel Chocolat, Ernest Jones, The Fragrance Shop and The Body Shop were on offer.
The festival will run until Sunday, November 2.
During that time a number of autumnal inspired stalls will fill the shopping centre including jacket barbecue potatoes, sweets and churros.
An enchanted garden has also been set up in front of the House of Fraser complete with a grassed area, toad stalls, flowers and giant tea cups.
On Saturday, October 25 the attraction will host include FremlinFest with support once again from kmfm.
It will feature a wealth of local music and entertainment, including performances from Kirstie Robinson and Harriet Drury.
Shoppers can then get ready for Halloween on Tuesday, October 28, by attending free professional pumpkin-carving demonstrations between 11am and 3pm.
On Friday, October 31, between noon and 3pm, Fremlin Walk’s very own witch will lead children in a safe trick-or-treat trail around the centre, gathering ghoulish goodies.
The festival runs until November 2 and more details from www.fremlinwalk.co.uk
