The mother of a young rape victim says she won't rest until the man responsible is behind bars.
Andrew Alderman, 48, from Maidstone, absconded two years ago while the jury were considering charges of rape, indecent assault and sexual activity with a child.
He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years in his absence.
Alderman is believed to have fled abroad, possibly to the Mediterranean.
The victim's mother, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has made a renewed appeal to holidaymakers to help find him and force him to serve the 10 year sentence he was given.
She said: "He still has his liberty while she lives with the scars everyday of what he did.
"How dare he have that freedom, he doesn't deserve it, he needs to be behind bars for our peace of mind and for the sake of every other little girl or adult in the world."
She warned that he may not be using his own name but is hoping people will commit his face to memory.
She said: "If you're going on holiday just keep an eye out, you might even think he's a local.
"Check the website to see what he looks like for the safety of your own children not just for mine
"He needs to be behind bars."
Alderman was last seen on CCTV cameras at the Channel Tunnel as he made his way to Europe.
He speaks several languages including Spanish, and police are looking as the possibility he's in Spain, Ibiza, Mallorca or the Canary Islands.
Det Insp Caroline Nyman of Mid Kent Police said: "We have been working closely with Interpol and a European arrest warrant has been issued.
"However there have so far been no leads or sightings which is why we are appealing to anyone who may recognise the picture of Mr Alderton to get in touch."
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact police on 01662 690055 or 0800 555111.
