A new restaurant has opened its doors promising diners a gourmet kebab experience.
Fans of the late-night meaty treat can now tuck into a freshly-prepared meal at German Doner Kebab's latest location in the heart of Maidstone .
The chain's newest branch in Week Street welcomed hungry punters for the first time yesterday, and the firm says the opening has created around 40 new jobs in the town.
This latest location brings the total number of German Doner Kebab restaurants nationwide to 46.
Daniel Bunce, the firm's UK managing director, said: "We're delighted to open the doors of our new restaurant and bring the German Doner Kebab experience to Maidstone.
"Our game-changing kebabs are revolutionising the kebab in the UK and we are excited to be bringing a new dining experience to the area, offering great tasting fresh food in a relaxed and modern setting."
German Doner Kebab says it will be working with delivery partners Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats to ensure its customers in Maidstone can get their favourite dishes delivered to their doors.
The chain's opened its first restaurant in Berlin in 1989 and has now expanded across the world.
Diners are promised "game-changing" kebabs made using premium, lean meats and fresh local vegetables.
