Police are growing concerned for the welfare of a woman from Bournemouth who has links to Kent.
Kent Police is working with Dorset Police to find Leanne Chambers, who is from Bournemouth but has links to Maidstone.
Officers received a report at 6.22pm on December 13 raising concern for the 39-year-old's welfare, who was believed to be in the Boscombe area.
Leanne is described as 5ft5in, of slim build, with long blonde hair and tattoos on both shoulders.
Chief Inspector Darren Harris, of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Police, said: “We have been carrying out searches and a number of other inquiries to try and locate Leanne, but these have so far been unsuccessful and we are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare.
“We are conducting inquiries across the Bournemouth area, and I would appeal to anyone with information regarding Leanne’s whereabouts to please make contact with us.
“Leanne has changed her hair colour to blonde since the photograph that we have available was taken so we would ask everyone to please keep this in their mind if they think they have seen her or a woman matching the description given.
“I would also like to appeal again to Leanne if you see this to please get in touch with us or your family and let us know where you are. We just want to make sure that you are all right.”
Anyone with information or knowledge as to Leanne’s whereabouts can contact Dorset Police here.
