Beware! The Environment Agency has issued a flood alert for many parts of the River Medway as it flows though Maidstone.
The agency has said flooding is possible from Hampstead Lock at Yalding through to Allington Lock.
That includes East Farleigh, Wateringbury, Teston and Teston Park, Tovil and Maidstone including the town's Millennium Park.
River levels have risen in the River Medway due to persistent rainfall over the last few days.
The agency expects low-lying land close to the river to be at risk of flooding from 2pm today.
The agency is not predicting the flooding will be bad enough to affect property at this time, but riverside footpaths may well be covered - particularly in Wateringbury.
Further scattered showers are predicted for the rest of the day so the agency is expecting river levels to remain high tomorrow, Sunday.
The agency is closely monitoring the situation with staff on the ground checking and clearing any blockages and debris from water channels.
