Hundreds of homes are nearing completion and are being offered for sale at a new housing development.
Bellway has permission to deliver 170 houses and apartments at the Rosewood development off the Sutton Road at Langley, Maidstone.
The housebuilder is joining other developers building on the large site adjacent to Langley Park and will be releasing the first batch for sale on March 4.
The company said all its homes would benefit from energy-efficient insulation, while a quarter would have solar panels fitted.
There will be a total of 119 two, three, four and five-bedroom houses for private sale, and additionally 51 one, two and three-bedroom affordable homes available for shared ownership or low-cost rent.
Planning permission was granted in January last year.
Sales details can be found here.
Prices start at £325,000 for a two-bedroom house.
Emma Hamlett, sales director for Bellway, said: "The homes will reflect the existing architecture found within this part of Kent, with selected properties faced in Kentish ragstone."
She said: "A significant area of public open space in the centre of the development will provide wildlife benefits, as well as an attractive meeting place for residents.
"All the homes will have access to cycle storage, while all houses with on-plot parking will have charging points for electric vehicles.”
