Detectives investigating alleged fraud in Maidstone, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells are trying to trace two men.
It is reported that between March 2013 and January last year false identity details were used to open bank accounts and obtain loans.
Police believe the men may have information that could help with their investigation.
Detective Constable Christopher Mason, of Kent Police, said: "This is a complex investigation that was launched last year when we received a report of fraudulent activity.
"As a result of ongoing enquiries we have now released images of two men we would like to speak to and would urge anyone with information to get in touch."
A 51-year-old man from Gravesend has been arrested in connection with the investigation and bailed until September pending further enquiries.
Anyone with information should call Detective Constable Christopher Mason on 01634 792410, quoting reference SI/XY/1962/14.
