The pastel stripes of Jack Wills will be a familiar sight in Maidstone, when the clothing brand opens a shop in the town.
The British "university-style" retailer has chosen Fremlin Walk for its fourth Kent store.
It also has outlets in Bluewater, Tunbridge Wells and Canterbury.
The retailer has secured a six month trial at the centre as it extends its portfolio of more than 80 international shops..
Scott Linard, director of asset management at M&G Real Estate which owns Fremlin Walk, said: “Prime retail destinations in major towns – like the county town of Maidstone – remain a key target for retail operators and Fremlin Walk benefits from a reputation as the core fashion retailing hotspot for the area."
He said that negotiations were taking place over other leases at the shopping centre, meaning it was likely to be fully let in the coming weeks.
The store is currently advertising for new staff but an opening date has not yet been revealed.
