Kelly Brook sells home at Grafty Green near Maidstone for £1.45m

Actress, presenter and model Kelly Brook has sold her country retreat in Kent.

The former model, who grew up in Rochester and went to the Thomas Aveling secondary school there, bought a medieval Yeoman’s hall house in Grafty Green, near Lenham, Maidstone, 17 years ago.

The 43-year-old often posts on Instagram how much she loves the property, especially the extensive gardens that have a fountain and a stream running through them.

But now, she has sold the house through an estate agents for £1.45m.

The television personality paid £975,000 for the timber-framed home in 2006, which boasts an outdoor pool, vaulted ceilings to some rooms and an inglenook fireplace.

She once lived there with actor and former flame Billy Zane, most famous for his role in Titanic.

But Ms Brook is now married to fellow model Jeremy Parisi, who is five years her junior, following a secret wedding in Italy.

Ms Brook, who currently present’s Heart Radio’s Drivetime Show, has previously written in the Sunday Times and Daily Mail about the delight she has taken in renovating the home over the years, while admitting that “work on a period property is never done”.

But the brunette beauty, who started her career as a Medway Carnival Princess aged 13, will not be homeless.

She still has a £3m property in North London.
