A crash saw one lane of the M20 blocked during this evening's rush hour.

The accident happened between Junction 5 (Aylesford) and Junction 6 (Chatham and the A229) this afternoon, on the coastbound side.

One lane was closed and heavy traffic built up.

Highways teams say the vehicles involved were moved to the hard shoulder and all lanes have now reopened.
