A lane is closed on the exit slip road of the M20 at J7 A249 for Maidstone following an accident.

The accident, on the coastbound carriageway, has involved a vehicle that left the motorway this morning.

According to Highways England, the event is expected to clear between 12.30pm and 12.45pm and normal traffic conditions will resume.

Drivers are being advised to approach the area with caution and to expect delays in the area.
