Lee Browning is set to make his Tonbridge Angels return at Dorchester on Saturday.
Browning, pictured, was involved in the accidental clash of heads that left team-mate Mikel Suarez in intensive care a fortnight ago, and is expected to start.
Angels boss Tommy Warrilow said: "Browno trained this week and his head is fine. He’s also feeling much better knowing Mikel is out of intensive care."
Fellow midfielder Tom Davis is also in contention after recovering from a broken leg.
Meanwhile, Warrilow has vowed to keep faith with his leaky defence.
Angels have conceded eight goals in their last two games and face a tricky-looking trip to the Blue Square Bet South high-fliers. But Warrilow is confident his players are good enough to put 4-1 and 4-3 defeats by Farnborough and Bath behind them.
He said: "There’s no point kicking the door in and throwing people out. I brought these players to the club and I have faith in them."
