A disabled would-be bus passenger said that the Arriva bus company needs to retrain some of its staff - after being refused permission to board a bus.
Roy Rowley is disabled with arthritis in his wrists and spine and holds a concessionary bus pass issued by Maidstone council.
But Mr Rowley, of Surrey Road, Shepway, is repeated told he cannot use the pass by one particular driver. He said: "She says the passes are only for retired people and at 46 I’m Too young. But that is not the case. I use the pass with no problem on other Arriva buses and with other bus companies - it is only this driver."
He has had the pass since 2009.
An Arriva spokesman said: "This should not be happening. We will investigate."
