The M20 is fully reopen after a serious accident saw it closed in both directions.

Witnesses reported at least one vehicle on its roof between Junction 8 and 9 of the motorway in last night's incident.

It is thought a car fell from the vehicle it was being carried on, leading to a multi-vehicle crash behind it.

However, Kent Police said nobody had suffered life-threatening injuries in the accident.
