Work to improve the M20 will take place overnight throughout the week - with a number of closures being put in place.
Clear diversions will be available as sign replacement works close lanes in both directions.
Parts of the motorway, between J7 for Detling Hill and J5 for Aylesford, will close between 8pm and 6am starting tonight and lasting until Sunday, March 20.
Tonight the coastbound distributor road - which runs parallel to the main carriageway - will shut with a clearly signed diversion being set up at J8, for Leeds.
In addition, lane closures between the two junctions, London-bound, will be in place with traffic using lane one overnight.
Tomorrow the distributor road will close between the Maidstone junction and J5, for Aylesford - diversions via the main carriageway will be set up.
All lanes London-bound will be closed between J6-5 starting 8pm Wedensday until 6am on Thursday, March 17.
The coastbound carriageway will shut between J6-7 Friday into Saturday.
The final closure is the coastbound exit slip road at junction seven which will be closed Saturday into Sunday.
A diversion will be in place via junction six. In addition there will be a lane closure in place on the coastbound carriageway.
Motorists are advised to allow for extra journey time as disruption between the junctions is due to last until 6am on Sunday.
