Jay Saunders has refused to look too far ahead on the eve of a ‘big week’ for the Stones.

Maidstone have three home games in Ryman League, Division 1 South in quick succession, against resurgent Crawley Down on Saturday and play-off chasing Worthing on Wednesday before the visit of unbeaten leaders Dulwich next Saturday.

Player/boss Saunders (pictured) said: "We don’t want to look too far ahead but it is a big week for us. We’ll focus on them one at a time because they are all going to be tough games.

"We don’t want to start thinking about Dulwich until the other two are out of the way."

Stones saw their seven-game winning streak in the league come to an end at Whyteleafe last Saturday, despite putting in their best performance of the season, according to Saunders, who made his comeback from injury in the 1-1 draw.

Ellis Green returns from a hamstring injury and Saunders should overcome a tight calf.

He said: "We should be at full strength, so I have got some tough decisions to make."
