Maidstone United will be without Jerrome Sobers for their trip to Three Bridges

Key defender Jerrome Sobers has joined Maidstone United’s injury list.

Sobers (pictured) pulled his hamstring during the Easter Monday win against Ramsgate and has been ruled out of the trip to Three Bridges on Saturday.

Tim Olorunda, Alex Brown, Tommy Osborne, Graeme Andrews and Rory Hill missed Easter games with various injuries.

"We’ve got so many players injured at the moment," said Maidstone boss Jay Saunders. "It’s not ideal but we have a big squad and we’ll have to get by.

"Jerrome’s definitely out but I’m hoping Graeme Andrews will come in for him. Tim and Tommy Oz have half a chance but we’ll have to see."

Saunders said: "Three Bridges have got themselves off the bottom and are desperate to stay in the league, so it won’t be easy there.

"We just need to get three points and hope Faversham can beat Dulwich to put things back in our hands.

"You think about the games we’ve drawn and we could have had the league sewn up by now. The fact only one team goes up automatically makes it a tough league."
