Maidstone United's FA Trophy first round clash with Blue Square Premier side Histon has been called-off for the third time.

The match was scheduled for Ashford Town's Homelands ground on Tuesday evening, but due to snow and a frozen surface the game was postponed more than 24 hours before kick-off.

It had previously fallen foul of the weather on Saturday, December 12, and Tuesday, December 15.

Stones chairman Paul Bowden-Brown, pictured, confirmed the game has been rearranged for Tuesday, January 5, at 7.45pm, meaning Stones' Isthmian League Cup third round clash with holders Tilbury will have to be rearranged yet again.
