A man has been charged with endangering a police helicopter as it flew over Maidstone.

Jarome Tomlinson, 20, of Kewlands, Maidstone, allegedly endangered the helicopter on Thursday, June 24.

He has been charged with recklessly or negligently acting in a manner likely to endanger an aircraft, contrary to the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and will appear at Maidstone Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, July 13.
