Man held over suspected rape

A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted sexual assault.

The assault happened at around 2.10pm on Wednesday, July 22, in an block appartment in Hart Street, Maidstone.

A 22-year-old man was arrested shortly afterwards.

An ambulance, police cars and a police van were in Hart Street.
