A Park Wood man has appeared in court charged with three burglaries and handling stolen goods.
Shane Dawkins, 55 and of Edmett Way, withheld his plea when he appeared at Maidstone Magistrates' Court on Saturday.
He is accused of breaking into three houses in Shepway in the last month.
Between January 28 and February 4 he allegedly stole jewellery from a property in Sussex Road.
On February 17 he is accused of stealing foreign currency and jewellery from a house in Westmorland Road
While on February 21 he is accused of taking CCTV equipment from a house in Plains Avenue.
Dawkins is also charged with two counts of handling stolen jewellery.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court Friday, March 24.
