A man whose body was found after police were called to a river towpath near a restaurant has been named.

Adam Aldosari, originally from Poland, was declared dead when officers and medics attended a pathway next to the River Medway at Allington, close to the Malta Inn, shortly after 5.30pm on Easter Sunday.

An inquest into the 20-year-old’s death is due to open tomorrow by a coroner at Archbishops Palace in Maidstone.
