A man in his 40s has been taken to hospital with a head injury after a crash on the M20 this morning.

A car and lorry collided on the London-bound carriageway of the M20 at junction three with the M26 just after 5.50am.

The injured man was the driver of the car.

Traffic was not largely disrupted, although cars slowed as they passed the incident on the hard shoulder.
