A man has been taken to hospital with facial injuries after an attack at a nightclub.
The incident is alleged to have happened late in the evening at Mu Mu in Maidstone.
The victim, who is in his 30s, was sitting on a sofa in an upstairs area of the club in Week Street, when a man he did not know approached him.
He is alleged to have assaulted him some time between 11pm and 11.30pm on Saturday March 25.
The victim sustained facial injuries and was taken to hospital.
The suspect left the premises with two associates and is described as being white, of average build, 5ft7in, and with dark hair.
He was wearing a dark polo shirt.
PC Ben Cox said: "It is understood there were a large number of people in the nightclub at the time and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to contact us."
