Two motorbikes were torched on a driveway in Barming, Maidstone, last night.

The vehicles were in front of a terraced house in St Andrew's Road when they caught fire at about 11.20pm.

Heat from the fire damaged the front of the house but no one was injured.

The fire is being treated as suspicious and after firefighters had put out the flames they passed details to police.

A police spokesman said: "The cause of the fire is believed to be suspicious and inquiries are ongoing."
