A link road to the M20 is set to be shut through most of the morning after a milk tanker overturned near Bearsted.

Police were called at 6.18am after the tanker overturned on the link road to the M20 at J8 for Leeds Castle and the Maidstone services.

The vehicle was heading from Hollingbourne when the crash happened at the roundabout near the A20 Ashford Road.

There are no reported injuries, but there are expected to be delays due to the road closures, and while the recovery work is under way.
