A mystery man from Kent, known only as 'Mr. C', has banked a whopping £1m in a EuroMillions prize draw.
Not only that but, he’s also won £5 in the same draw by matching one main number and two Lucky Star numbers.
He scooped the prize on Friday, April 30 as part of the UK Millionaire Maker draw, and now he plans to buy a new car and home with his winnings.
The draw guarantees to create one millionaire every time and on this occasion, Mr. C was one of 10 winners.
For every EuroMillions line played, players automatically receive a UK Millionaire Maker code printed on their ticket.
The Kent local, who played a personal selection of birthday numbers, has become one of more than eight million players that win each week on The National Lottery’s range of games.
Interactive winners have the opportunity to release their name, remain anonymous or like this winner, release some details through partial publicity.
Camelot’s Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery, said, “Huge congratulations to Mr. C for winning this fantastic prize. He has become a millionaire overnight and can now look forward to buying a new home and car.
“We’re encouraging everyone to check their tickets online at national-lottery.co.uk or by downloading the National Lottery app, and to buy or check their tickets in retail in line with government guidance.
"Playing online via the website or app means that your ticket is checked, and you get an email notification if you win a prize.
"You can also scan your retail tickets on the National Lottery app to check if you're a winner.”
