A serial flasher laughed and told police he was "Mr Inappropriate" when he was caught wearing see-through trousers with no underwear in Maidstone town centre after a trip to Wetherspoon.
Robert Jenner, 45, was sentenced to a year in prison for breaching a criminal behaviour order, indecent exposure and malicious communication, at Maidstone Crown Court today.
He was convicted of the offences last month following a trial.
In March last year the ex-soldier, who claims to be a naturist, was jailed for two years after being convicted of 11 charges of exposure, committed while delivering parcels in a pair of jeans with a hole cut in the crotch.
Jenner, formerly of Snodland, gained notoriety as the 'naked carpenter' after doing housework in the nude.
Prosecuting, Daniel Stevenson said shortly after Jenner was released from custody he sent a friend request to a woman who had given a statement to police after seeing him running wearing nothing but trainers.
Having traced her down on social media, he said: "You might want to come clean or I will sue".
This and other messages left the woman feeling "concerned and anxious" that Jenner would come to her home address.
On January 20, at around 11.30pm, police officers discovered Jenner, a former Hermes delivery driver, walking along St Faith's Street and wearing see-through trousers, leaving his manhood clearly visible. He had been drinking at a Wetherspoon in the the town.
"The defendant was laughing, he called himself Mr Inappropriate. Officers asked if he was wearing anything under his trousers and he said socks," Mr Stevenson said.
By exposing himself in public, Jenner had breached a criminal behaviour order and a community protection order.
Mr Stevenson said Jenner, who was also on licence, "continues to show no regard to court orders or the public" to which he causes distress.
Defending, John Fitzegerald, said Jenner, now of no fixed address, claims he had been wearing a fleece on January 20 to hide his manhood if the need arose, but because he had been drinking he was not in control of what was being covered.
"The defendant was laughing, he called himself Mr Inappropriate..."
However, Judge Julian Smith pointed out: "He was still in the centre of Maidstone, drinking, in those see-through trousers... officers could see his bottom as they drove past."
Mr Fitzegerald also said no members of the public had complained about Jenner's behaviour that evening and that the seriousness and the maliciousness of communication sent to the woman was low.
He said Jenner had "fallen far" since his years in the Prince of Wales Regiment.
Judge Smith described Jenner's actions on January 20 as a "calculated and deliberate" and said he showed a "flagrant" disregard for the court order.
He warned that similar behaviour would result in lengthier prison sentences, adding: "That will be a poor use of time for anybody."
Jenner was given a restraining order against the woman who he sent a message to, to last for five years.
He was handed two months in prison for malicious communication, 12 months for breaching a court order and four months for indecent exposure, to run concurrently.
