A Netflix drama filmed in the town with stars from Marvel, James Bond and Game of Thrones is being released on Boxing Day.
Crews were spotted outside County Hall in Maidstone last June filming for the six-part spy series.
Titled Treason it includes Daredevil actor Charlie Cox but also Quantum of Solace star Olga Kurylenko and Game of Thrones actress Oona Chaplin.
The mini-series, which was recorded outside Sessions House, is about MI6 agent Adam Lawrence whose career seemed set until Kara, a Russian Spy, wanders into his life.
Adam must negotiate his complicated relationships with Kara and his wife Maddy, whilst all three try to expose each other’s secrets.
The drama is written by Matt Charman, a writer and producer best known for Bridge of Spies.
Directed by Louise Hooper, it also includes The Witcher actress Sarah O'Gorman and Belfast actor Ciarán Hinds.
The Grade-II KCC building was used to double as a Westminster building and was previously used to double The Ritz in crime thriller Rustom back in 2016.
Treason will be available on Netflix from Sunday, December 26.
