Maidstone's new Asda Living store officially opened its doors on
Friday morning.
Around 100 people flocked to the store in St Peter's Street,
Maidstone to try a grab a bargain.
Maidstone and Weald MP Ann Widdecombe and the Mayor
and Mayoress of Maidstone, Cllrs Peter and Daphne Parvin, joined
store manager Karl Smith at 10am to mark the occasion.
More than 80 jobs have been created
by the new store.
Asda Living in Maidstone is a
non-food store featuring clothing, home & entertainment.
