Neighbours have described a night of chaos as "at least 100 people" descended on a Kent airbnb for a house party.
A group of people are believed to have rented out a swish four-bedroom house in Bearsted, near Maidstone, which is listed on the holiday rentals site.
At more than £800 a night, the swanky Plantation Lane pad features a jacuzzi and a movie room and sleeps up to 10 people, while its airbnb page states that "no parties or events" are allowed.
But neighbours described the "horrendous" night they endured on Saturday, when the house turned into the scene of a "massive" party.
One resident described Plantation Lane as a "lovely, quiet, family street".
"Nothing like this ever happens down here - it's just unheard of," she said.
"The house is being rented on airbnb, and they advertise it as maximum 10 people so obviously they were unaware this was going to happen.
"But these people just descended on the place, and just kept coming all night long.
"It went on from probably about 10pm, and then went on until probably 5am."
The neighbour described seeing "at least 100" young people "coming and going all night long".
"It was just thumping music all night long, shouting...it was just horrendous," she said.
"Our road and another road next to ours were just full of cars, and people were walking up and down."
'There was a fight that kicked off, there was blood...'
The woman says she phoned the police three times in the night, but that officers did not attend until she informed them a fight had broken out.
"There was a fight that kicked off, there was blood," she said. "I don't know what happened to the poor lad who was on the floor."
The altercation is believed to have ended by the time police arrived.
"I don't think they realised the extent of what it was like," said the woman.
"They turned up, and I think they called for back-up. There were five police cars and police dogs."
Another neighbour reported finding a knife in her front garden, which she handed to police.
A spokesperson from Kent Police said: "Officers were called at 4.26am on Saturday, May 30 to reports of a disturbance in Plantation Lane, Bearsted.
"It is alleged several people were involved in a fight outside a property where a party had been held.
"Officers attended and an investigation is ongoing to establish the full circumstances and identify any suspects. No injuries have been reported."
The airbnb host declined to comment about the incident.
A spokesman for airbnb said: "Parties are banned on Airbnb and we have suspended this guest. We also stand ready to assist the police. We take action against anyone who violates our policies and we removed or suspended over 1,000 UK listings and blocked almost 80,000 reservation attempts in a recent crackdown."
Anyone with information which may assist the investigation is asked to call 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/92446/21.
