For some the timing leaves a little to be desired, with clown pranks sweeping the county in the past week.
Yesterday a helicopter was deployed in the search for a clown with a catapult, while last week Kent Police reported receiving 59 clown-related reports in one weekend, culminating in one man being arrested and cautioned.
On Friday Fremlin Walk shopping centre, in Maidstone, banned clowns and all clown-related products.
The craze began in the United States, before spreading to Canada and now Britain.
It involves pranksters dressing as the circus characters in order to scare passersby.
Get Sourced is a weekly event, with revellers paying £2 to get into the venue before midnight.
