A motorist arrested after allegedly driving through an estate with a man dangling from his bonnet following a dispute has walked free.
The 45-year-old man, from Maidstone, was driving his blue mini cooper, which had a Union Jack on its roof, through Senacre when he collided with a parked car near the estate's square in Woolley Road.
An argument broke out and police were called to Nottingham Avenue, Shepway, at about 7.30am on Monday, February 1.
One man had already left the scene and no one was injured.
A 35-year-old man from Maidstone was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence but was later released without charge.
The other suspect was arrested on suspicion assault and drink driving and was bailed until earlier this week but has now been released without charge.
