The northbound carriageway of Detling Hill, the A249, heading towards Sittingbourne,was earlier reduced to one lane.
A motorcycle collided with a van at 12.05pm near the junction with Chalky Lane.
Emergency services were called to the scene and the motorcyclist was treated by medics.
