Emergency services were called to Maidstone town centre after an elderly woman fainted and hit her head.
An ambulance and paramedic car was called to Week Street, by the Halifax bank, shortly before 1pm, and treated her at the scene.
Fortunately she did not require hospital treatment.
South East Coast Ambulance Service was still at the scene an hour later.
