A shop lifter has been jailed for 120 days after he stole perfume and clothing worth £274.95.

Terry Steven Thurling, 32 and of Church Road in Sheerness, targeted a shop in St Peter’s Street on Wednesday, October 15.

He pleaded guilty at Medway Magistrates’ Court the next day.

Thurling must also pay an £80 victim surcharge.
