A care home boss has been struck off after subjecting colleagues to years of sexual harassment.
Robert Andrews' inappropriate and at times bizarre behavior centred around an affair he was having with the manager of Betsy Clara care home in Maidstone.
A Nursing and Midwifery Council misconduct panel heard the culture at the Courtenay Road home was one of "bullying, inappropriate sexual behaviour and general disorder."
The NMC was made aware of Andrews' behaviour after he referred himself to them having been arrested for harassment in 2015. He was never charged.
They were told married Andrews, who was employed as regional manager for Paydens which ran the home, first exposed himself the woman, known as Colleague A, in 2010 in a resident's room.
On an unknown date he had sex with her at the home and made a 35-minute sex tape for his wife, a 20-second segment of which was viewed by the panel.
In 2012 he became aware the woman had spent convictions and told her: "‘You’re not gonna get away from me now. You’re gonna have to have sex with me now. Who’s gonna wanna employ you? You’re not gonna get another job.”

In April 2015 he doctored her wedding photo in a sexual manner and sent it to the home's email address. On another occasion he ejaculated on to her desk.
During the five-year period he also made several sexual remarks to Colleague A and other employees.
He told another woman, Colleague B, she could have a pay rise if she showed him her breasts and, on a separate occasion, if she allowed him to rub cream into them.
The panel decided to strike Andrews name from the register. He will have 28 days to appeal this decision during which time he will be subject to an interim ban.
